They should have cancelled if they knew there wasn't any. Hardly anyone returned to the bus after the second club and I wish we didn't as the hosts were just stood at the front of the bus on their phones with nothing but lies about how it's "not their job" to sort the alcohol. If we had known we could have gone to the shop ourselves to get some as clearly that was too much of a task for our "VIP" hosts.

Later found out that they hadn't had alcohol for over 2 nights so they knew they weren't going to have any and that it wasn't going to get sorted by the time we come back on. Didn't get told this until we were already on the bus, Tommy said that this was due to someone "dropping the ball" and hoped it would be sorted by the time we got back on the bus. There was NO ALCOHOL on the bus as promised. Honestly the worst night I have ever had in Vegas. Trip May have been great, can’t comment, but communication really needs to be a lot better. Not being able to do event on our last night in Vegas was really disappointing, going to a Vegas nightclub is one of the things on the list to do. I read Ts and Cs and this is correct, but they should also have an agreement on the communication plan they have and if they don’t meet it, then they can’t fine you. On my return home, I received an email saying I’d been charged $70 dollars for our no show. Eventually received communication about 2 hours before the meeting time, which was really too late to change my rearranged plans and get to the Venetian night club.Ĭommunication needs to be a lot better and earlier, even a days notice would have been acceptable. Emailed the company when had a bit of WiFi at a stop on way back to say we’d had no details. Went to visit Grand Canyon and decided we’d do something else when we got back to Vegas. On the morning of the event still had no details sent through so wrote it off as something we weren’t going to get in. I booked this as part of 40th birthday plans for the week we were in Vegas. This was terrible, I didn’t even get to a club as, with most other comments, I didn’t receive any communication about the itinerary or anything. I know most people don’t write positive reviews and mainly negative ones, so I’ve decided I’m going to start reviewing everything i do on trip advisor, good or bad. We didn't get free shots like it said on the itenerary, but we did get a free well drink in the beginning and they had some strong Punch and vodka mix on the bus every time we got on. Even when we came down out of our buzz and realized nobody from our group was with us anymore Jessica and Joey helped us on our way to finding food and the way back to our hotel. It's a good thing they looked for us because the clubs got really packed the later the night went on. They always told us what time we would be leaving and where to meet and they would come around with flashing sticks. I don't know how they kept us all together. Jessica and Joe(y) were great hosts! I remember thinking they were the mama and papa ducks the way they were hurding us all to the party bus and out of the club. After that I don't really remember where we went. We booked one for a Saturday-ended up having a blast! We started at PBR in Planet Hollywood and then went to The Gallery (maybe Galleria) upstairs. I was actually looking for another club crawl when I came across this one. I took a random, last-minute trip to Vegas with my boy friend and we were looking for things to do.
